Safety Walkabouts

The first cycle of Patient Safety Walkabouts has been completed and we are now on year two. The overwhelming participation, the ideas generated and safety awareness that you all shared have been phenomenal! Thank you for your continued participation in this very worthwhile safety initiative. Remember you don’t have to wait for the safety walkabout to bring forward improvement ideas or share successes in your areas.
