We updated our 2024-2026 Patient Safety Plan in February 2024 with our progress made so far, and reported this progress to the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC),, our Joint Board Quality, Risk and Patient Safety Committee, and our Joint Board. We are proud to share our progress with patients, families and our community.
