Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital are dedicated to giving excellent health care to our communities. As we change and grow our services, our main goal is to keep improving so everyone has a safe and high-quality experience.
That's why we ask patients to fill out our patient experience surveys when they leave the hospital. These surveys are really important because they help us see what we're doing well and what we can do better. Completing a survey is optional, but your feedback helps us improve the care we provide.
The questions in the patient experience surveys come from the Ontario Health Association and match what other hospitals in our area are doing. We make sure that the surveys are easy to complete, and your answers are kept private and secure. We follow all the laws that protect your personal health information. We appreciate the feedback that is provided to us through this survey process and thank patients and family members for their time and participation in this important quality improvement initiative.
