An outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital (TDMH) on the Medical/Surgical Unit (2 South). The outbreak was declared Thursday, August 25th, after five patients tested positive for COVID-19. All patients and families are being notified of this outbreak.
